He'll use the biggest needle he can find...LOLCome on hayate... the anesthesic wont hurt you, bcoz before to insert the needle he will use Xilocaine or Novocaine in cream or gel, pass it by the zone, and after it is without sensitivity, he will use the needle.
BTW...wont be a big needle..only a small one..
