Now... I have a space still between my front teeth... the bottom of my teeth are together if you know what I mean... but there is a small hole at the top... and I am really self conscious about it... will it ever seal together before I get my braces off?

it may, it takes alot of time for teeth to shift.. i had a similar problem and had my braces for almost 2-3 years.. after a while, it started coming together on its own.. i have had my braces off for 10 years now.. and they are perfectly fine.. if you dont see anything happening by the new year (january) then express a concern to you orthodontist.. it may be a matter of tightening the top braces! either way, they are able to fix it for you
No. Go back to the dentist and ask him.
i know what you mean..it is hard to wait...but eventually the gap will close..it does take time for the teeth to shift exspecially when they shift from back to front..be patient and you will be rewarded with a beautiful smile:)
