Recent cases being processed by the Iowa Board of Dental Examiners can be found here: http://www.state.ia.us/dentalboard/publi...You can also send inquiries about individual practitioners to the board, but there will be a fee involved.As Dr. Albert says, ongoing lawsuits would be subject to confidentiality rules, and most of the time settlements are also confidential. Cases that went to trial and decided by a verdict would be a matter of public record though, unless a judge decides to seal the records for some reason.Hope this helps.
