helllo guys,Crest said to use a pair(bottom and top teeth) for 30mins,but it didnt say when to use the next pair(or i didnt see that part on the box or w/e), but i was wondering when i should use another pair since it said use twice a day and stuff?hours maybe?(btw i got Crest whitestrips if that helps)
Answer:
You can do them 30 minutes with the second set later or do a set for 30 minutes wipe the teeth off and do it again right away. Either way is fine, but don't brush before (it can leave a film on the teeth that will reduce their effectiveness) OR drink anything dark for 30 minutes after, like tea, red wine, dark cola, or coffee as it will cause staining. i used the same thing for my teeth. it says to put the pair on for 30 mins each and the next pair the SAME day for 30 mins. in the directions, it says to either use the pair right after your first pair (like i always did) this way, if you have free time, you can use up your hour twice a day and you'll be done for the day!! hope i helped!! :)
