I'm in Ca and heard a lot of ppl go to Mexico to do their dental work for cheap. But best to find a reputable one. Dental school also. The work is exceptional and price is low. Had a few fillings there that lasted for years. Even my old dentist was amazed at how long it's lasted. =)
The answer is the same for anything. Wherever people work the cheapest with the lowest overhead. Of course you have to figure in the cost of getting there and maybe staying for several appointments. And finding competence could be a problem. You already know the cheap places in the world.
