They both are fine if your teeth are not pron to being sensitive. They both can contribute to your teeth being sensitive to cold temperatures. You just need to try both and be your own judge. The taste most likely will be your deciding factor.

Any brand of tooth paste with Fluoride is good for your teeth, check the amount of fluoride rather than brand names.

My own personal opinion, but I was a huge fan of Colgate Total until they came out with Crest Pro Health. Love their mouthwash, and toothpaste. I think dentists even prefer Pro Health. Good luck!

try 'sensodyne total care + whitening' , it also contains fluoride which as D2B said is good for your teeth
